Please send us a copy/photo of your identity card (front/back). (If you do not have German citizenship, please also send us your residence permit and a confirmation from the residents' registration office).
2. business registration
Send us a copy of your business registration. If you are registered in the commercial register, we also need your current extract from the commercial register.
3. self-disclosure
We require a fully completed and signed self-disclosure form. (You can find the form here at the bottom left. It can be completed online or downloaded).
4th vehicle
Finally, we need the data of the leased object. For vehicles, please send us the mobile.de labeling sheet or the link.
